Inspection

At Rapid Machining, LLC our focus is on providing continual improvement of all machining processes which provide superior quality products and services that meet and exceed our customer expectations. With these goals in mind we see results of high quality end products, lower rejections, and very high repeatability. Some of the processes we use for checking quality of machined products are gauging components, complete gauge check fixtures, drop indicator on granite plate, calipers, micrometers, etc. We also have a Brown & Sharpe CMM for checking dimensions and part features for in process checks, as well as doing first article inspection and capability studies.

We also document in process inspection data using inspection equipment and components listed above. We strive to provide quality that our customers want built into their products.
